IPowerPT started from my passion for sport in general and fitness in particular and the desire to give back. IPowerPT’s focus is on strength training as I believe that being physically strong and healthy is the first step to a stronger and confident self. It takes mental strength, dedication and motivation to get fit and strong and this transcends to the life outside the gym, whether it is in the personal or professional space.

The journey towards IPowerPT started when I was 3 years old and my parents first took me into a gymnastics club back home in Romania. I fell in love with the sport of gymnastics straight away and continued with it for 13 years. Sports became such a big part of my life that after stopping practicing gymnastics, I felt the need to continue training and this is why and how I first stepped into a gym. I was and still am fascinated of what the human body can achieve with the right motivation in terms of strength and body shaping.

Being passionate about fitness, personal training was a natural career path for me offering me the opportunity to give back and in return to also get inspired and motivated by the people around me.

The goal is to give online clients the most personal experience possible. You get a comprehensive training program tailored to your individual circumstances and goals. You will be provided with custom exercises and clear instructions on how to perform them. This is the most exclusive and individual training experience available.

Since the workout sessions aren’t done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like. We’re all busy! You don’t want to have to coordinate schedules with someone who trains in a gym across town, or rush to and from work to get to the gym. With online personal training you’ll be able to train to your own schedule, giving you flexibility and taking the stress out of your exercise routine.

How it works
A truly custom-made program
Initial Consultation
Upon signup, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire regarding your goals, circumstances and preferences. The consultation consists of forms sent over e-mail to collect information that will be used to provide you with the most effective program. The questionnaire will include:
  • • Medical history such as injuries and surgeries
  • • Fitness background
  • • Health and fitness goals such as weight loss and muscle building
  • • Nutritional habits questionnaire
Training Program
Based on the information provided, a personalized training program will be built within 7 days and send to you via email.
About the program:
  • • Built around your schedule and kept simple focusing on progression
  • • 12 week long – one program to follow for 6 weeks and revised after this period
  • • Includes frequency of training, length of sessions, volume and rest intervals
  • • The program is progressive and will be based on increasing your strength in order to help you reach your goals
As you’re exercising, it’s important to log your workouts to track your progress. This information will be used to identify your strengths and problem areas and help create the follow-up plan.
Meal Plan
You will be provided with a delicious, easy to follow meal plan which will also include:
  • • Custom 14-day meal plan to help you reach your goals
  • • Macronutrient based custom nutritional regimen based on your individual total caloric expenditure, activity factors, body type
